Returns

We hope you are enjoying the NAMI shades, but if you are not completely satisfied with them, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to make a return. We do not cover the return shipping cost. Please note that in order to receive a full refund, items must be in new condition, cannot be used, all original tags must be attached to the product and product packaging must be in the same condition you received the product in. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Our 30-day return window will be extended to 45 days for the Holiday season (purchases made between Thanksgiving day to December 20th).

Please note that below listed items are excluded and not eligible for returns: 

  • Discounted and final sale items.

  • Items that are missing tags, bags, cases or not in original product packaging.

  • Items that have visible signs of wear or use, or damaged items. If the damage was caused during the shipment, please describe the damage in the return request form. 

To initiate a return, please follow the below procedure.

Please fill out our short return request form: 

  1. Please complete the form above.

  2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip.

  3. Please print this slip and include it inside of your package.

  4. Please use the carrier of your choice and ship to:

  5. Please provide us with your tracking number for your return so we can credit you as soon as we receive your product.  This can be emailed to: contact@namishades.com along with your order number.

  6. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded (this can take up to 14 business days).

We do not cover the cost of postage. Please hold on to your tracking number until you see the refund on your original method of payment. 

Please do not combine multiple return requests if you are sending multiple returns from separate purchases. Each return request created needs to be shipped separately

  • NAMI is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier.

  • Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
